99% of all repairs carried out by our company are completed within 72 hours; the turn-around time is 1.4 days.

What can I do prevent data loss?

We recommend regular data backup with the individual backup interval and, based on daily practice, once in a quarter is recommended using PC companion/Xperia companion application.

Why to send the device to the authorized service also in case of out of warranty repair?

As the authorized service center we guarantee that every device is repaired in accordance with the working process specified by the manufacturer and we just use original spare parts. In case of waterproof models it is a matter of fact that the device will comply with the IP standard guaranteed by the manufacturer.

What can I do to speed up the repair?

It is recommended to deactivate security gesture/code prior to complaint and deactivate My Xperia feature.

Can be the warranty rejected due to phone damaged by liquid in case of waterproof phone?

Every device is deeply tested. The warranty repair may be rejected only if conditions of waterproofness specified in the manual are breached.
